Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Imani Design & Imports, every item is sourced, crafted, or customized with exceptional care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, special-order, or imported directly for your project, all sales are considered final once production or shipment has begun.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom, made-to-order, and imported products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed and confirmed. This policy ensures timely processing, international coordination, and quality control for every client project.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products and packaging. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@imanidesign.com with clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

  3. Our team will review and coordinate a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or an insurance claim with the carrier.

 

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins. Once your items are in transit or being prepared for export, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or made-to-order furnishings

  • Specially sourced international products

  • Sale or clearance items
