Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on current market pricing and product availability at the time of issue. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, shipping fees, or supplier costs.
A quote is considered valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

 

Payments

A 50% deposit or full payment may be required to initiate an order, depending on the nature of the project.
All invoices must be paid in full prior to shipment unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in writing.
We accept payment via secure online transfer, wire, or other approved methods.

 

Production and Lead Times

Lead times vary based on supplier, product, and shipping schedules. Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes but may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, including manufacturer delays, customs inspections, or shipping disruptions.

 

International Shipping

Imani Design & Imports works with trusted international carriers to coordinate delivery from our overseas partners to your residence or business. Delivery estimates are provided once goods arrive at our U.S. terminal and are dependent on customs clearance, port operations, and weather conditions.

 

Custom and Special Orders

All custom, made-to-order, or imported items are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production or shipment has begun.

 

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods, Imani Design & Imports is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers, customs agencies, natural events, or any circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend that clients maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all shipped goods.

 

Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content featured on ImaniDesign.com may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
