At Imani Design & Imports, every project is handled with care and attention to detail. Our shipping and fulfillment process is designed to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Fulfillment and Timelines

Each order or project is individually quoted with a timeline determined by product availability, production time, and destination. Once an order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated completion and shipment window.

All items are shipped through our international carrier network. When products depart from our manufacturer, they are transported by sea freight to our East Coast international terminal in the United States.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Once your shipment arrives at our U.S. terminal, you will receive a estimate for final delivery to your residence or business. Delivery timeframes vary depending on:

• Customs clearance and inspection

• Port and freight conditions

• Weather and transit factors beyond our control

Our team will keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates as your order moves through each stage of delivery.

 

Customs and Import Duties

Any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in your quote.
